Processing Time

All HOUSE OF BEDDIEO luxury boxes, candles, and home fragrance items are handcrafted in small batches and prepared with exceptional care.

Processing Time:

10–12 business days (excluding weekends & holidays)

During peak seasons (Holiday, Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day), processing times may extend by a few business days due to high order volume and limited-edition releases.

We appreciate your patience — luxury takes time.


Shipping Timeframes

Once your order has been processed and packaged, shipping typically takes:

2–5 business days (United States)

Local pickups (Houston, TX) will receive an email notification when the order is ready.

Your tracking number will be sent automatically via email or text as soon as your order leaves our facility.


Shipping Weight & Packaging

HOUSE OF BEDDIEO is a luxury brand — each order arrives in elegant, premium packaging designed to protect your items and elevate your unboxing experience.

Most gift boxes ship as a 5 lb package

All items are cushioned, wrapped, and protected to prevent damage

Gift boxes are shipped in sturdy external mailer boxes for added safety


Local Pickup (Houston, Texas)

Local pickup is available for Houston-area customers.
You will receive a confirmation message with the pickup address and instructions once your order is ready.


International Shipping

International shipping is not currently available.
However, we are working on expanding worldwide shipping soon.


Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Items

We always package with care, but in the rare case your order arrives damaged or incorrect, we will make it right.

Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:

-Your order number

-A photo of the damaged or incorrect item

-A photo of the shipping box

We will promptly replace any damaged items at no extra cost.


Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package is marked “Delivered” by the carrier, HOUSE OF BEDDIEO is not responsible for lost or stolen shipments.

If your package is missing after delivery confirmation, please contact the carrier directly:
